Traditionally, this usually involved correspondence courses wherein the student corresponded with the study center via post. A distance learning program can be completely distance learning, or a combination of distance learning and traditional classroom instruction.

BL Correspondence college is existing from 8 years which recognised & authorised by Kuvempu University and Study center is located at center of the city smart city Davangere. Currenty study center will providing more than 12 distance courses. the study center have out put 4000+ distance candidates.
